The International Association of Fire Chiefs is a network of more than 11,000 fire chiefs and emergency officers. The Association was established in 1873 with John S. Damrell as president. It is headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.
The Arkansas Fire Marshals Association is dedicated to protecting the residents of Arkansas through many services including public education, code enforcement, plan review, inspections, arson investigation, and training.
ADEM serves as the state’s coordination center for the capabilities necessary to prevent, protect against, mitigate the effects of, respond to, and recover from those threats that pose the greatest risk to the security of the Nation.
